Food was delicious, white meat chicken was very good! Nice addition to Elyria however Service was not good, I ordered online for pick up, got home with my order and the order of Tourshi wasn’t in my bag and the sauce was wrong on my wrap. I sent in an email and whoever got back to me only addressed the sauce and not the missing item and was pretty nasty in the response like I was asking for a refund for my whole order or asking for something for free when all I want is a refund for my missing item. Nice way to treat a Customer just addressing a missing item….. UPDATE: I was contacted about the missing item and things were made right. It’s very appreciated that management cares about their community! We’ll definitely be back!

I'm giving this place 5 stars and they forgot my Baklava. Doesn't matter, food is really good. Everyone needs to eat here, Elyria finally has something worth our time. I'll catch that Baklava on the next run through. Just check your bag before leaving - I did not. 10/10 I'll be right back in no time

The food was wonderful!!! I have been anxiously waiting to try this restaurant and it did not disappoint😊 Everything was fresh and very flavorful. Our service was great , Josh took care of us. He was so kind and made our experience great.

The food was delicious and the staff was very nice and helpful. All their recommendations were very good. So happy to have this close by, we'll definitely be regulars!

My sister and I went today around 12:30. It was our first time in a Pita Way. I was greeted as I walked in, the staff was friendly but professional. They were informative and made suggestions. It was a great experience. I highly recommend. Will definitely be back again.
